Share with couples what they can expect as far as your availability. You can mention if you prefer text or email, how and when you'll respond, and more. You can also mention if clients are able to book phone calls or video calls outside of what's included in their package. Gently remind them to please respect your communication boundaries.

our process
A good rule of thumb is to send your save the dates about 9 months in advance of your wedding day (longer for destination weddings). Most clients prefer to capture their engagement photos prior to preparing Save the Dates. For that reason, I prefer to get your engagement session scheduled as soon as possible! I will email you a scheduler link very soon!
Engagement Session
Here you can tell couples about how you support them through the planning process leading up to their wedding. Introduce the idea of your preferred vendor list, and share why it's so valuable to have a vendor team who works well together. You can also use this space to share more about what support from you can look like during the planning process.
Planning Your Wedding
Along with your planner, I'll assist with creating your wedding day timeline. We'll ensure we build in enough time to capture every can't-miss shot, without interfering with the natural flow of the day. You can share more here about your process for creating your couples' photography timelines, as well as any important tips you have to share with them.
Wedding Day Timeline
Share more about what the wedding day itself looks like from a photography perspective. What are some things you always keep in mind or tell clients leading up to their wedding day? Any tips or advice you have for them? This is a great place to reassure them about how fun and memorable their day will be and that you'll be there to capture every moment.

Tell clients about how gallery delivery and album creation work. Emphasize the importance of printing your memories. Starting introducing some of the add-ons you can include, such as albums, wall art, and more. Share a bit about your process and how you help with those decisions. You can also reassure couples that they can add these items at any time.

Engagement session
Where to go
Share some guidance for couples as to where you recommend holding their session, including any favorite local spots. This is a great place to link a blog post with your favorite local engagement session locations!
When to go
Prepare couples for the best time of the week and day to hold their session. For example, a weekday might be best because crowds will be lighter, and the light may be best in the late afternoon. Explain why you recommend the times you do.
What to wear
Tell couples what types of colors and patterns photograph best, as well as how dressy they should get. If you allow for outfit changes let them know that here. This is another great spot to link a blog post with more guidance on session attire!
